1. Do I need to translate all necessary documents into English?
2. What level of English should I have to be eligible for this program?

Dear Liza,
Yes, in order to apply to German universities all documents need to be either in English or German. The level of English required varies by University, but usually they ask for TOEFL scores of approximately 72 – 90 points.

The duration of the programs varies; check the websites of the specific programs you are interested in.
Getting German citizenship is possible if you fulfill a number of criteria, including having lived in Germany for a certain period of time etc.
